As a software developer who spent years working remotely from various places around the world, I knew exactly what digital nomads need: reliable internet, a proper workspace, and a peaceful environment that lets you focus during the week while offering adventure on weekends.

When I discovered Khanom in 2020, I found everything I was looking for — and more. Empty beaches, authentic Thai culture, incredible food, and none of the tourist crowds that have overtaken places like Koh Samui and Phuket. The only thing missing was accommodation designed for remote workers.
