Booking & Payment

How do I book an apartment?

Select your dates and apartment, fill out the booking form, and we'll confirm availability within 24 hours. Once confirmed, pay a 50% deposit to secure your reservation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe, bank transfer, and Wise. For monthly stays, we can also accept crypto (BTC/USDT).

What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days receive a 50% refund. Monthly bookings require 30 days notice.

Is there a minimum stay?

Minimum 3 nights for short stays. Monthly rates apply for stays of 28+ nights and offer significant discounts (40-50% off nightly rates).

The Apartments

How fast is the WiFi really?

We have 100 Mbps fiber internet, verified by speedtest. Each apartment also has a backup 5G hotspot in case of any issues. We're serious about connectivity for remote workers.

Is there a workspace?

Yes! Every apartment has a dedicated desk with an ergonomic chair and sea view. Perfect for video calls with a beautiful backdrop.

What's included in the apartment?

Full kitchen, air conditioning, Smart TV, coffee maker, washer, safe, and all linens/towels. We also provide basic toiletries and coffee/tea to get you started.

Can I use the pool?

Absolutely! All guests have access to the largest pool in Khanom. It's right next to the building with loungers and shade areas.

Location & Transport

How far is the beach?

30 seconds walk. Step out of the building, cross the garden, and you're on the sand. It doesn't get more beachfront than this.

How do I get to Khanom?

Fly to Nakhon Si Thammarat (NST) or Surat Thani (URT), then take a taxi/minivan (1-2 hours). We can arrange airport pickup for you.

Do I need a scooter?

Recommended but not essential. We can help arrange scooter rental for about $5/day. It's the best way to explore the area.

What's nearby?

7-Eleven (2 min), local restaurants (5 min), night market (10 min), waterfalls and viewpoints (15-30 min). Koh Samui ferry is 25km away.

Visa & Long Stays

What visa do I need?

Most nationalities get 30-60 day visa exemption on arrival. For longer stays, we recommend the DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) which allows up to 1 year. We can provide documentation to support your application.

Do you offer monthly discounts?

Yes! Monthly rates are 40-50% cheaper than nightly rates. Studio: $650/month, 1BR: $950/month, 2BR: $1,400/month.
